Senior Change Management Specialist

Location: Washington, DC – On-Site

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Job Summary

• Support a federal Business and Technology Modernization program.
• Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities supporting Agile and technology transformation.
• Drive adoption of Agile practices, behaviors, and organizational change. TOR #2026-34 DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments .
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
• Identify and manage resistance to organizational change.
• Work closely with leadership, Agile Program Managers, Agile Coaches, and impacted teams.
• Track adoption, readiness, feedback, and change effectiveness. TOR #2026-34 DevOps Engineer

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience .
• Experience supporting technology, Agile, or digital transformation .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with change assessments, communications, training, and resistance management.
• Understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and/or Kanban strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred

• Prosci, CCMP, or similar OCM certification .
• Federal government or highly regulated industry experience.
