Role Responsibilities

• Support Control Pricing Manager and Trade Spend Manager to manage pricing and promotions across the portfolio of products for assigned control markets by managing price quotes, monthly price filings, and discount approvals/submissions to state liquor boards.
• Set up new items with control states with correct pricing, bottle shots, COLA information, and other pertinent information for assigned states.
• Serve as RGM contact for GBS accounting and bailment states; ensuring timely correction of pricing errors and discrepancies that occur
• For low-proof markets, handle low-proof brand registration
• Communicate price and promotional strategies to all Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams in timely manner
• Submit registration for NABCA codes and facilitating internal SAP load with Bailment team and project management team
• For assigned categories, manage Planisware tasks to ensure compliance of new items
• Responsible for adding new items for pricing in Vistaar and SAP system
• Ad Hoc Price or promotion reporting for RGM using Power BI, Nielsen, or NABCA systems

Qualifications

• Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Must be able to build proficiency in usage of the following systems: BOBJ, NABCA Diver, SAP, Aperity, Vistaar, Power BI. Previous familiarity with these systems a plus
• Strong computer skills a must - ability to work with numerous data sources and large data sets
• Strong analytical ability with a demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Inquisitiveness & initiative to understand financial, business and pricing concepts and solve issues on their own
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency in delivering their responsibilities through to completion to achieve goals and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in team settings
• Education: undergraduate degree, preferably with focus in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
• Years of experience: 0-3 years in Revenue Management, Product Pricing or Finance
• Industry experience: experience in Beverage Alcohol/CPG industry preferred

Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in Chicago is $65,000 to $75,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset.
