We're looking for Production Specialists who are detail-oriented, work well in teams, and prioritize our guests' needs. Your Responsibilities: Manage production of key items to support our Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments. Stay informed about products and weekly ad items, helping guests find what they need for complete meal solutions. Ensure that our products meet quality standards by performing inspections, adhering to cleaning and sanitation procedures, and documenting any necessary reports. Follow The Fresh Market's standards, policies, and protocols diligently. Present yourself in a professional manner, including maintaining uniform standards. Schedule Availability: This position requires a schedule from 3 AM to 11 AM, with Sundays and Wednesdays typically off. During the hours of 12 AM to 5 AM, enjoy a $2.00 hourly shift differential. Flexibility is key, so be prepared to work weekends, nights, holidays, and adapt to changes as necessary. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: A passion for delivering exceptional service. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality settings. High School Diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with Production Planning Software. Physical and Work Conditions: Repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, and reaching; ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds independently; exposure to various temperatures. Ability to utilize tools and equipment like knives, ladders, stepstools, box cutters, and pallet jacks. Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours, as required by law). Compliance with safety equipment requirements, including hats, hair nets, and personal protective gear.
