About the role Executive Recruiter with LHH Recruitment Solutions. Responsible for executing the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for mid‑ to senior‑level professional roles across a variety of clients, focusing on both candidate and client success. What you’ll be doing Execute end‑to‑end direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional roles. Identify and engage existing and new clients. Interview candidates, match them to client requirements, and coordinate selections. Maintain candidate pipelines and market intelligence. Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships in a remote or hybrid environment. About you Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience. High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities. Team‑player with a collaborative mindset. Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology. Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed. Driven and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Friendly competitive spirit and a winning mentality.
