Multimodality Tech (CT / X-Ray)

Florence, SC | Free-Standing Emergency & Urgent Care Facility

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Sunday–Saturday depending on facility needs | Weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures in a fast-paced free-standing emergency and urgent care environment
• Operate Siemens CT and X-Ray equipment as well as GE Portable units
• Document and chart patient imaging data using Epic EMR
• Wear a radiation monitoring badge at all times during imaging procedures ( radiation badge must be supplied by the staffing agency — the facility does not provide badges to travelers )
• Adhere to all facility protocols, safety standards, and imaging best practices
• Be available for potential emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June through November)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Multimodality Tech (CT / X-Ray)
• ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
• SCRQSA (R)(CT) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Radiation badge required — must be provided by the staffing agency prior to start
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with Siemens CT and X-Ray equipment and GE Portable units
• Familiarity with Epic EMR charting system
• Experience working in an emergency or urgent care setting
