Contract Project Manager

Contract Project Manager (COPM) Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this contract. Provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall contract performance. Be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract, to include both technical issues and business processes. Have the authority to make decisions for the contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, the authority to commit the prime contractor’s organization, and be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues. Position Requirements Required: Letter of commitment to work as the COPM on this contract at time of proposal submission. Possesses a minimum active Top Secret (TS) security clearance at proposal submission and be TS/Secret Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligible after contract award. Preferred: Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in size, scope, and complexity to this contract. Experience with DoD networks including TS/SCI and presenting recommendations and findings to senior Government officials. Demonstrated project management experience, particularly in IT and network management.
