Our award-winning dental practice in Rocky River, OH is growing, and we're looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant / Digital Lab Technician (Milling) to join our exceptional team. If you enjoy hands-on clinical dentistry and working with modern dental technology, we’d love to meet you!
Schedule
Part-Time or Full-Time Available
Office Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $26–$28/hour , based on experience

What You'll Do
Dental Assisting Duties:
- Provide chairside assistance and support RDH during hygiene procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for care
- Take digital X-rays and assist with patient care
- Ensure a positive patient experience
Dental Milling:
- Operate dental milling machines to fabricate restorations
- Support same-day crown and restoration workflows
- Maintain and troubleshoot milling equipment as needed
- Ensure high-quality fit, finish, and esthetics of restorations
Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience required
- Dental milling experience strongly preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Experience with CEREC, Amann Girrbach, or similar milling systems is a plus
- Strong computer skills required
- Dentrix experience strongly preferred
- Digital scanning experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for dentistry and creating high-quality patient outcomes
