Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Grand Haven that are seeking skilled Assembly Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production associates to achieve targets.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with automated assembly processes
• Project management experience in a manufacturing setting
