This person will research resident balances, apply HAP payments, review leases and contracts, reconcile ledgers, and work closely with property teams and Housing Authorities to resolve discrepancies. What You’ll Do* Apply payments and reconcile resident ledgers* Research AR discrepancies and payment application issues* Review leases/contracts for accurate resident charges* Collaborate across teams to resolve accounting issuesWhat We’re Looking For* 2+ years of accounting or AR experience* Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills* Comfortable managing high-volume, deadline-driven work* Property management/multifamily experience is a plus* Yardi experience is a plus* Excel and HUD/HAP knowledge preferred
