Introduction

We are seeking a professional and outgoing Communications Agent to support outreach engagement and communication initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and developing strong communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Communicate information clearly and professionally to customers visitors and stakeholders.
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate support and assistance.
Support outreach and engagement initiatives.
Maintain a positive and professional representation of the organization.
Assist with communication materials updates and project coordination.
Collaborate with team members to support communication objectives.
Maintain organized records and documentation.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional friendly and approachable demeanor.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
