Care Manager - Mercy Pittsburg

Social Work Care Manager: Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work; Masters preferred. Experience: 1-3 years' experience in acute care hospital setting or 1-3 years' case management experience. Licensure: Must have a current Kansas license in Social Work or plan to obtain. Certifications: BLS (CPR) at hire date required, or within 90 days of hire. Certification in Case Management preferred. RN Care Manager: Required Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Experience: 2-3 years acute care hospital setting, preferred. Care Management or Utilization Management experience preferred. Licensure: Current license in the state of employment. Certifications: BLS (CPR) at hire date required, or within 90 days of hire.
