Optomi, in partnership with a leading consulting firm, is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join their team supporting an enterprise client in Plano, TX. Position Summary: The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and Salesforce Marketing Cloud execution. This position requires a candidate who can advise clients based on prior experience, challenge requirements, and recommend better solutions. The role involves building automations, creating omni-channel journeys, and contributing to solutioning without owning the entire solution end-to-end. What the responsibilities are of the right candidate: Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories. Build automations and develop campaigns across email, SMS, and mobile push.
