Our Team, Your Impact The Senior Manager will lead all non‑personal (multichannel and omnichannel) promotion and administration across the Health Care Provider (HCP) customer base with a focus on CNS (Movement Disorders, Tourette Syndrome, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia). The role partners with cross‑functional leaders in sales, finance, medical, market insights and procurement, and is charged with problem solving, identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and working with internal and external partners to create strategic and operational plans. How You’ll Spend Your Day Drive brand HCP non‑personal tactical planning and execute marketing initiatives in alignment with portfolio strategy. Own financial management for non‑personal tactics and media, including budget oversight, agency spend, and measurement setup. Collaborate with the HCP personal promotion lead to create core HCP messaging and creative in partnership with the agency of record and media agencies while ensuring brand strategy alignment. Own creative and messaging associated with the brand and ensure alignment with broader portfolio strategy. Act as the HCP launch lead for all HCP non‑personal promotion initiatives. Lead creative and execution for HCPs for non‑personals. Develop and execute tactical plans for non‑personals to support disease education and activation aligned to strategies, market landscape, and stakeholder input. Develop business cases to support additional budget and resources required to address opportunities for brand growth. Work collaboratively with the HCP marketing team to ensure flawless execution and measurement of the annual operating plan. Partner with KOL strategy and Congress planning on marketing programs including convention activities and patient advocacy group interactions. Manage key vendors and budgets (overall and project‑level) to achieve defined targets. Analyze market data and information to inform tactical and strategic decision making. Lead and participate in sales and marketing planning meetings. Proactively identify obstacles to brand growth and work collaboratively to resolve them. Manage budgets and timelines to achieve defined targets. Partner with the Customer Insight group to refine market research plans and establish standardized, aligned performance metrics and ROI analytics. Education/Certification/Experience Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience. A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical non‑personal or media marketing experience or equivalent. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Strong pharmaceutical industry knowledge and therapeutic area business acumen. Experience and understanding of all media and non‑personal promotion components that support the building of diverse HCP branded and unbranded promotional plans. Ability to draw insights from a variety of sources, understand market and competition, compile relevant data, perform analysis, synthesize complex information, recognize trends, and identify interrelationships. Ability to meet objectives and deadlines, promote efficiency and effectiveness, and incorporate improvements and ROI. Project management experience and the ability to manage and coordinate projects with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors. Required Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Versed in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Travel Requirements Approximately 25% domestic travel throughout the US.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Salary Range The annual starting salary for this position is between $132,880 and $174,405. Factors that may affect starting salary within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
