A Clerk plays a vital role in supporting office operations through various administrative and clerical tasks. This position involves maintaining records, organizing files, handling correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day office duties to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records
• Assist in preparing and processing documents and reports
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Support office team with administrative and clerical duties
• Manage scheduling and appointments as required
• Perform data entry and update databases accurately
• Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in clerical work
