For that reason, our employees are proud of where they work!**Ken Garff Automotive Group** is currently looking for a **Sr. Human Resources Business Partner** to support our **Big Star Dodge & Big Star Buick GMC** located in Baytown, TX **(Alternating days at each dealership with office at both locations).** This role will sit at the dealerships and seeking an individual that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork. This position manages all local Human Resource activities in support of the dealership(s) assigned to include execution of HR and culture strategies, policies and practices that contribute to positive business results and employee experience. The Sr. HR Business Partner is also a vital linchpin connecting our corporate team with our frontline human resource professionals in the region. The key to success includes using the human resources team and people skills to help leaders be more profitable and employees be more engaged.
