In-Person BCBA (NC Licensure Required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy in Eden, North Carolina. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and autism evaluations to children on the autism spectrum. About the Role:

As an In-Person BCBA at Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

• Conducting in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and their families

• Collaborating with families to establish and maintain a positive treatment environment

• Conducting autism evaluations and assessments to identify strengths and needs

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of treatment progress and outcomes

• Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

• NC Licensure as a BCBA (Required)

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (Preferred)

• BCBA certification (Required)

• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (Preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
