This Attorney will have experience in construction defect liability. The candidate must demonstrate solid deposition, motion, and courtroom experience, strong writing and communication skills, and strategic thinking ability.The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:Manage their own caseload with partner support.Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.Take and defend depositions and appear in court for hearings and motions.Work directly with clients to strategize and move cases forward.
