Research Associate - Stability (IHC/ISH)

We are seeking a Research Associate III or Senior Research Associate to support stability studies and laboratory research activities. This role will focus on experimental design, assay execution, and data analysis to support ongoing scientific and manufacturing projects. Design and execute experimental plans to support project goals Perform laboratory experiments and analyze scientific data Prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations Develop and optimize methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria Troubleshoot experiments and implement corrective actions Support stability studies and assay development activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investigations and projects Identify and implement process improvements in the lab Qualifications Research Associate III: Bachelor’s + 4+ years relevant experience Senior Research Associate: Bachelor’s + 6+ years OR Master’s + 1+ year Strong industry experience required Hands‑on experience with IHC (Immunohistochemistry) and ISH (In Situ Hybridization) Experience in laboratory research, assay development, or stability studies Candidates with less than 4 years experience will not be considered PhD candidates are overqualified for this role #J-18808-Ljbffr Pharmaceutical Company
