Outbound Sales (Onsite - Denver)

About the Role We're hiring an Inside Sales Expansion rep — a hunter at heart — to grow revenue inside our existing customer base. You'll dig into accounts already using GigSmart and find the next opportunity: a new location, a new department, a new shift type, a new product. If you love prospecting inside warm logos and turning a single deal into ten, this role fits. Key Responsibilities Run inbound and outbound calls with prospects across all industries including hospitality, retail, warehousing, and facility services Qualify leads, understand staffing needs, and recommend the right mix of G-Force, G-Flex, and G-Board Demo the platform live and walk prospects through their first shift post Hit weekly activity goals and monthly closed-won targets Keep HubSpot clean — pipeline notes, next steps, accurate stages Partner with marketing on lead quality feedback Hand off growth accounts to Account Management team with a complete picture of customer goals Qualifications Required: 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in a closing role Strong prospecting skills with proof of self-sourced pipeline Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder deals inside mid-market accounts Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRMs Preferred: Background in staffing, workforce management, SaaS, or marketplace platforms Track record of overachieving quota What We Offer Competitive base salary Opportunity to grow within a dynamic technology-forward company Opportunity for increased responsibilities and career advancement Collaborative team environment Comprehensive health and dental insurance Paid time off Professional development opportunities GigSmart is an equal opportunity employer.
