Intensivist - Medical & Cardiac ICU at AdventHealth Orlando!
AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a dynamic, energetic intensivist to join our Medical & Cardiac ICU team. This is an opportunity to practice high-acuity critical care alongside an experienced, established group of intensivists and a collaborative multidisciplinary team - with a meaningful academic role built in.
Provide high-quality critical care across our medical and cardiac-medical ICUs, including shifts at our South campus quaternary care center and other moderate-to-large ICUs within the Central Florida Division.
Contribute to teaching and mentorship in partnership with our Internal Medicine Residency and Critical Care Fellowship programs.
Help shape the future of our critical care service through ongoing program development.
Support clinical quality in the Medical ICU, including quality metrics and participation in quality assurance teams.
Educate advanced practice providers (APPs), critical care fellows, and new staff.
Board certification in Critical Care Medicine (ABIM).
Experience in medical ICU settings.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across both private-practice and employed-physician models.
