Mobile Phlebotomist - Early Morning

We’re expanding our mobile team and looking for skilled professionals who are ready to make a difference every day. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, who is confident with difficult blood draws and can provide excellent care in a fast-paced, early morning mobile setting. This is a full-time position starting early morning. Responsibilities Travel a daily route to different nursing facilities Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport Maintain clear and accurate documentation Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocols Work cooperatively with all Solaris departments Work under minimal supervision Complete timesheets, mileage logs and other records accurately Maintain a good driving record Have a reliable vehicle that meets daily driving requirements Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance Qualifications Minimum of two years phlebotomy experience (Mobile phlebotomy is a plus) Reliable vehicle, car insurance and driver’s license Smartphone for communication and routing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professionalism, punctuality and a patient-focused mindset Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Medical, Dental, and Vison insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid sick time Mileage reimbursement A dynamic work environment with a team of ambitious, talented and caring colleagues Why Join Us As a Mobile Phlebotomist with Solaris Diagnostics, your work helps deliver timely, life-saving results while bringing compassionate care directly to patients.
