Box Truck Driver

Our client, a leading seafood distribution company, is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join their team. As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the Local Distribution Team . The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina , customer service skills , and dependability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Non-CDL Delivery Driver (Box Truck)
Location: New England (MA, RI, CT, NH)
Pay Range: $25–$28/hour

What’s the Job?

• Operate refrigerated box trucks to deliver seafood orders to local grocery stores and restaurant clients

• Manage 100% "touch freight" by manually loading and offloading products at each delivery stop

• Follow dedicated local routes starting early morning (4:00 AM – 5:00 AM) and finishing by mid-afternoon

• Use company-provided tablets to manage delivery logs and communicate with the dispatch team

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met

What’s Needed?

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR)

• Current DOT medical card (or willingness to obtain one)

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of loading and unloading freight (pallets/heavy lifting)

• Flexibility to work a Monday through Friday schedule with early morning starts

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
