Planning and coordinating, and/or implementing R&D projects and processes (i.e., technology research projects, product development programs). Leading identification and consolidation of R&D projects in line with technological trends and development plans. Coordinating research, development, and pre-industrialization of products. Representing VISHAY's R&D competence externally towards customers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders. A job at this level... Drives agreed scientific or technological agenda and programs to confirm VISHAY technical leadership in the market. Initiates and leads elaboration, testing and verification of ground breaking concepts that path way for potentially disruptive products.
