We are seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee Food Processing and Cold Storage Industrial / Commercial projects in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange County. Project Manager The ideal candidate is an analytical and results-driven leader with a proven track record of successfully completed projects . Responsibilities include: Preparing and managing project budgets, cost reports, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Implementing strong budget control measures and value engineering strategies. Reviewing architectural/structural/civil and MEPS drawings, space planning, and equipment layouts. Developing vendor scopes, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines. Collaborating with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism and ethical business practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project required. Experience: 2-3 years in project management within industrial/commercial construction. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 (based on experience). Benefits: Employee Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with only a 5% employee contribution.
