The Team Member - Line Cook plays a vital role in a small kitchen team, responsible for efficiently preparing food, taking customer orders, and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts. Reporting to a supervisor, this role involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment during regular evening shifts, ensuring timely service and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to menu specifications and quality standards
• Take orders from customers via phone, in person, and at the service window
• Operate the POS system to process customer transactions
• Dishwashing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness throughout and after shifts
• Deliver food orders to customers promptly and courteously
• Handle inventory and assist in stock management
• Collaborate effectively with a small team of 3-5 kitchen members
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in food preparation and customer service
• Knowledge of POS system operation
• Strong sanitation and time management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
