As a member of the Data Curation team, you will be responsible for creating and modernizing solutions central to our most-used offerings based on market needs and product requirements. You will mix system-level thinking and hands-on development while partnering closely with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that are scalable, compliant, and market-differentiating.As a software engineer focused on prescription, health, and medical record data solutions, you thrive in fast-moving, modernization development and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help us achieve product-market fit and scale. This position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences, and team events.CompensationThe overall salary range for this role is $104,900 - $199,065. For candidates residing in:Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the range is $120,635 - $199,065.All other locations the salary range is $104,900 - $173,100.A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, financial security, and well-being.
