Job Title: Pricing Specialist Location: Cypress, In-person Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm Pay rate: $20- 22 Company Overview: Founded in 1978, Micro Quality Calibration (MQC) is one of the largest privately owned metrology and calibration laboratories on the West Coast. Position Overview: We are looking for a temporary detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to provide administrative support to the pricing department. Reporting directly to the Pricing Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining pricing data, preparing quotes and documentation, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain pricing information in company systems. Prepare quotes, spreadsheets, and pricing-related documents. Review pricing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Maintain organized electronic and physical files. Respond to internal pricing requests and provide administrative support. Assist with reports, data entry, and document preparation. Communicate with internal departments to obtain and verify information. Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and email correspondence. Requirements and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of administrative, office support, data entry, or customer service experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) with a typing speed of 40 WPM. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and sit or stand for extended periods. U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required.
