Job Description:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of hvac equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service while communicating solutions clearly to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and recommendations provided.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols during all service calls.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in residential hvac is preferred.
• Proven experience as a technician in residential hvac.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
