Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate IV Certified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering IV therapy, supporting physicians, and delivering exceptional patient care in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Administer IV therapies, medications, and fluids in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Monitor patients during IV treatments and promptly respond to any adverse reactions Assist physicians and advanced providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care Record and maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and post‑care instructions Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida IV Certification (required) Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in cardiology or internal medicine Strong clinical and patient care skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in cardiology or vascular care settings Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation software BLS/CPR certification Benefits Competitive salary Paid time off Training & development Competitive salary based on experience Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development #J-18808-Ljbffr
