Senior Divisional Project Manager

Overview Job Summary: Primary responsibility for ensuring all architectural needs to open communities and support the business plans are identified, executed and managed. Primary Responsibilities Lead architectural outsourcing forecasts, contract planning, and resource alignment to meet project timelines and market demands. Manage construction document development and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines across all phases. Facilitate communication between architecture, construction, design, and operations teams to ensure project alignment and execution. Oversee plan change processes, enforce national drafting standards, and maintain consistency across documentation and workflows. Develop and manage project-based budgets, forecast updates, and ensure compliance with construction methodologies and permit requirements. Maintain visibility through national project trackers and lead presentations for municipal or HOA approvals. Ensure proper staffing, delegate responsibilities, evaluate performance, and support employee growth through coaching and training. Required Education/Experience Minimum High School diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction preferred Related Functional Experience: Minimum 7 or more years Architectural or Construction experience CD development and construction expertise Outsource management expertise Understanding of Federal & State codes related to residential product Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction techniques, construction documents, building codes as well as technical and procedural knowledge of activities related to home building construction, including understanding plans & specs.
