Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $80.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day (4x10 Hours), 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-Call: Required; 2 nights/week 1 weekend/2 weeks (7 days per 2-week pay period)
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a Cath Lab RN travel contract position at an acute care hospital in Fullerton, CA. The facility is a 320-staffed-bed acute care hospital. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered. Weekends may exceed every other to meet unit needs.

Important Notes

• No first-time travelers accepted (Hard Stop)
• Minimum 1.5 years of Cath Lab RN experience required (Hard Stop) - candidates with less will be redirected; 2 years preferred
• Pending license not accepted
• RTO restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
• Guaranteed hours: Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period
• Block schedule: Per manager discretion
• Locals OK
• EPIC experience required
• Weekend requirement: Every other, but may exceed every other to meet unit needs
• COVID-19 vaccination: Not required
• Charting system: Meditech
• Parking: Free

Education Requirements

• Active RN License (CA)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - Required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required

Required Experience

• Minimum 1.5 years of Cath Lab RN experience required (Hard Stop); 2 years preferred
• No first-time travelers accepted

Required Skills

• EPIC electronic health record experience - Required
• Cath Lab nursing proficiency
• Ability to fulfill on-call requirements: 2 nights/week 1 weekend/2 weeks (7 days per 2-week pay period)
