Fleet Manager

The Fleet Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving Valcourt's enterprise fleet program across all operating companies. This position provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for approximately 900 fleet assets supporting 44+ branch locations throughout North America.The Fleet Manager serves as the primary liaison between Valcourt, Element Fleet Management, Samsara, OEMs, upfitters, maintenance vendors, fuel providers, insurance partners, and internal business leaders.
