Assistant Director of Nursing

Job Summary:

Olivia Restorative Therapy and Nursing is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at our residential health care facility. As an integral part of our nursing department, the ADON will support the Director of Nursing in managing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and compliant care. Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing services and day-to-day clinical operations.

• Monitor quality of care, staffing levels, and resident outcomes.

• Assist with staff training, performance evaluations, and clinical education.

• Participate in audits, rounds, and quality assurance programs.

• Promote resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.

• Serve as acting DON in the absence of the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Knowledge of nursing regulations, documentation standards, and survey processes.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
