Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Knowledge of Level III or Level IV care protocols
• Ability to utilize critical thinking and independent judgment

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care based on established standards
• Supervise and direct nursing staff activities
• Coordinate care with other disciplines
• Monitor and provide comprehensive care for neonates with life-threatening conditions
