If you're looking for a place where your clinical judgment is valued, your growth is supported, and your work truly makes a difference, we'd love to talk. *Local Team Collaboration:* * This brand-new freestanding Emergency Department, opening in September 2026, offers an exceptional opportunity to join a new team providing high-quality emergency care. * Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. * Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts. *Qualifications:* * Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine or board-certified in family medicine or internal medicine with emergency medicine experience. * Certifications Required for non-ABEM Physicians: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS. * Authorized to work in the United States. *Scheduling:* * 24 hours of physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM. * 12 hours of APP coverage in the on-site Urgent Care. *Key Responsibilities:* * Deliver high-quality care in a 7-bed ED and a 5-bed on-site Urgent Care. * Foster collaboration and support among team members. * EPIC is the EMR. *Living and Working in Bowling Green:* * Radcliff is a thriving community in Hardin County, Kentucky.
