Visiting Angels State College is hiring PRN / Floater Caregivers who enjoy flexible scheduling, variety in their workday, and the chance to support seniors across multiple types of cases. This role is perfect for caregivers who want as needed hours, extra income, or a schedule that adapts to their life.

About the Role

As a PRN Caregiver, you’ll step in to support clients when coverage is needed — including new case starts, call‑offs, short shifts, and rotating assignments. You’ll work with a supportive office team that communicates clearly and ensures you’re never left guessing about your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on personal care and daily living support

• Assist with safe mobility and walking

• Prepare simple meals and follow dietary needs

• Offer companionship and engagement

• Support morning, evening, or weekend routines depending on assignment

• Maintain accurate care documentation

• Adapt to different clients and care needs with professionalism

What You Need

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

• Ability to pass background check

• Comfort with lifting, bending, and assisting clients safely

• Strong communication and reliability

• Flexible availability (you choose your preferred windows)

• No experience required — training provided

Pay Structure

• $16–$17/hr for weekday PRN shifts

• $18/hr for evening/weekend PRN shifts

• Paid training & orientation

• PTO, incentives, referral bonuses
