Senior Financial Analyst
LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a company near Huntley, IL with a search for a temporary senior financial analyst. The company is looking for additional support with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role will be hybrid and temporary for an estimated time of 3-4 months.
Responsibilities:
- Support month end close with account analysis and P&L management
- Budgeting and forecasting for various operational business units
- Variance analysis and explanations
- Cash flow and costing analysis
- Create monthly financial reports and present to the teams
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
Required:
- 6 years of financial and operational analysis at a senior level
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to communicate findings and present to the team
- Deadline and results driven
Pay: $40-$50/hour
