Lane Side Server Concourse Bowling Center – Anaheim, CA Concourse Bowling Center is looking for a quick, reliable Lane Side Server to keep food and drinks moving between the kitchen, bar, and lanes. Responsibilities Deliver food and drink orders to guests at lanes, tables, and event areas Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate order delivery Take drink orders and make knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, beer, and wine Check in with guests on the floor, handle requests, and relay feedback to the kitchen Bus and reset tables and lane-side dining areas Assist with refills, condiments, and guest needs throughout the center Maintain cleanliness and organization in service and staging areas Qualifications Comfortable working on your feet in a loud, fast-paced environment Able to carry loaded trays and navigate a busy floor safely Working knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and general beverage service Friendly, attentive, and able to juggle multiple tables and lanes at once Must have a valid California food handler certificate Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous serving or food running experience is a plus but not required We are looking for someone with fast feet, a friendly face, and the awareness to keep every guest taken care of across the whole floor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torsap Thai Kitchen
