Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the service department’s activities and staff to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to customers, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and inventory management to optimize efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs for service staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality and performance.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of service operations, automotive repair processes, and customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
