Transaction Manager - Escrow Assistant

Transaction ManagerWe're looking for a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support our commercial real estate team from contract execution through closing. In this role, you'll help keep transactions on track, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure every deal is completed accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:Manage commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.Coordinate with brokers, clients, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and internal teams throughout the transaction process.Track deadlines, due diligence items, and closing requirements to ensure timely, successful closings.Review and organize transaction documents, title and escrow information, and closing packages for accuracy and completeness.Prepare transaction updates, notices, amendments, and other required documentation.Help resolve issues that arise during the closing process and proactively communicate status updates.Maintain organized transaction files, checklists, and reports while supporting brokers with administrative and operational needs.Requirements:2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, transaction coordination, title, escrow, or closing operationsWorking knowledge of commercial real estate contracts and closing proceduresStrong understanding of title, escrow, and closing workflowsExceptional organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and document accuracyAbility to manage multiple entity involvement and multi-lender coordinationStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Preferred:Experience working directly with title companies, escrow, or closing teamsFamiliarity with complex commercial real estate transaction types including:Investment salesJV StructuresLeasing transactionsDevelopment and land acquisitions and dispositionsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
