Inside Sales Representative - Dimensional Inspection

Today the Company employs nearly 2,100 team members in over 95 locations across the United States.Our purpose is to create a safe and reliable world and our mission is to deliver assurance through precise technical and professional services.Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing customersRespond to inquiries related to CT, Dimensional, and Faro service requests in a timely and professional mannerProvide clear communication regarding service capabilities, timelines, and requirementsCreate and manage leads and opportunities for both new and existing customers in internal databaseConduct outbound phone calls to prospective and existing clients across targeted industriesExecute structured prospecting campaigns using call lists, CRM data, marketing inputsExecute email outreach campaigns aligned with marketing initiativesManage consistent follow up schedules to maintain customer engagementMaintain accurate records for reporting and sales tracking purposesPrepare and deliver quotes for services using relevant systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely turnaroundCreate new customer accounts, ensure proper documentation and system set up for efficient order processingHandle compliance matters such as submitting certificates of insurance, vendor forms, and non-disclosure agreements when requested by customersCoordinate closely with marketing, sales leadership, and technical teams to share insights, enhance the customer experience, and improve operational efficiencyShare market feedback, prospect insights, and campaign performanceBuild and sustain long-term customer relationships that support repeat business and referrals.Other duties as assignedRequired Experience and Skills:Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience1 to 3 years of inside sales, sales development, business development experienceExperience with outbound calling, prospecting, lead qualificationStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.Ability to assess client needs and identify appropriate ATS service solutions.High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate data.Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to collaborate with technical and sales teams.Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.Willingness to learn about competition, markets, trends, and industries we serve.Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics preferredWillingness to work onsite at our location in Marietta, GA five days a week.Work ConditionsFull-time position with standard business hours based on departmental needs.Standard office conditions to include extended periods of sitting, computer work, and verbal communication over various phone/VOIP systemsU.S. Persons OnlyA requirement of this position is access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR").
