Job Overview
Right at Home – Rhome is seeking dependable and flexible caregivers for our On-Call Weekend Caregiver position. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers who are comfortable responding to last-minute staffing needs and helping ensure our clients receive uninterrupted quality care.
Caregivers selected for the on-call rotation will receive a flat weekend on-call pay rate , plus hourly pay for any shifts worked during the weekend.
Responsibilities- Be available during assigned on-call weekends
- Answer communication promptly from office staff
- Be willing to accept and travel to last-minute/open caregiver shifts
- Provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and clients
- Assist with personal care, companionship, meal prep, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping
- Maintain professionalism and reliability during all assigned shifts
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience preferred
- Must be dependable and flexible with scheduling
- Must be willing to travel to open shifts in Wise County and Parker County
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation required
- Flat weekend on-call pay
- Additional hourly pay for all hours worked during assigned shifts
