On-Call Weekend Caregiver

Job Overview

Right at Home – Rhome is seeking dependable and flexible caregivers for our On-Call Weekend Caregiver position. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers who are comfortable responding to last-minute staffing needs and helping ensure our clients receive uninterrupted quality care.

Caregivers selected for the on-call rotation will receive a flat weekend on-call pay rate , plus hourly pay for any shifts worked during the weekend.

Responsibilities

Be available during assigned on-call weekends
Answer communication promptly from office staff
Be willing to accept and travel to last-minute/open caregiver shifts
Provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and clients
Assist with personal care, companionship, meal prep, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping
Maintain professionalism and reliability during all assigned shifts

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience preferred
Must be dependable and flexible with scheduling
Must be willing to travel to open shifts in Wise County and Parker County
Must pass a background check
Must pass a drug screening
Reliable transportation required

Compensation

Flat weekend on-call pay
Additional hourly pay for all hours worked during assigned shifts
