Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness in assigned areas, including offices, warehouses, and industrial spaces
Work efficiently within established time and supply budgets
Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
Follow all safety protocols and participate in the company’s safety program
Project a professional image and maintain positive relationships with clients and the public
Adhere to company policies, rules, and operating procedures
Collaborate with team members as needed to complete tasks
Report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, customer concerns, or other problems to the site supervisor

Qualifications

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Enjoys active work and being on their feet
Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks
Reliable transportation to job sites
Flexible availability, including evening hours
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
