Pay: $16.50/hour + $1.00 shift differential + $0.50 after 90 days+ $100.00 Weekly Attendance Bonus!

Your Role: Inventory Control Tech

As an Inventory Control Teach , you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are accurately tracked, properly rotated, and efficiently stored. Working in our state-of-the-art processing facility, you'll be part of a dynamic team helping maintain accurate inventory levels.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct repetitive case counts of produce on pallets
• Compare electronic records with physical inventory and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure proper product rotation and adherence to inventory control procedures
• Operate a forklift to move palletized materials into and out of multi-level racking
• Label and stack boxes as needed in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment
• Maintain compliance with company policies and food safety standards
• Work independently and take initiative

What You Need to Succeed:


High School Diploma/GED

Minimum 6 months years' experience in warehouse
Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Must have a flexible schedule
Good eyesight and attention to detail

Strong Math and reading skills

Ability to work in a cold environment (36-40°F) for extended periods
