Export Compliance Specialist

To ensure compliance with U.S. export controls and licensing requirements, the full-time Export Compliance Specialist will manage compliance assessments, develop and implement export policies, and provide training to staff in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage and conduct export compliance assessments for various roles and projects Develop, implement, and maintain export compliance policies and procedures Provide training and guidance to employees on export compliance regulations and best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in export compliance or related areas Knowledge of U.S. export control laws and regulations Experience conducting compliance assessments and audits Familiarity with encryption software and technology compliance
