Description Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid or In-Office) Experience: 5–7 years Company Stage: Stealth, VC-backed Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Agent Engineer who’s excited about building data-centric AI products in Python and/or TypeScript. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founders to design and build the full end-to-end AI product experience from user-facing interfaces to agent workflows and integrations. If you thrive in zero-to-one environments, care deeply about product quality, and want significant ownership, you’ll fit right in. Our core technologies include Python, Rust, and Kubernetes . What You’ll Do Build and own full-stack features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and agent layers Develop agentic workflows and integrations using tools like LlamaIndex or LangChain Create intuitive developer-facing experiences and interfaces Help define engineering best practices, architecture, and culture as an early technical leader Collaborate closely with founders on product direction, UX, and customer feedback loops What We’re Looking For 5-7 years of software engineering experience Deep experience with: Frontend: React Backend: Python AI Stack: LlamaIndex and/or LangChain Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) Strong understanding of: System design & scalability Data modeling Security and privacy best practices Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguity-heavy, zero-to-one environments Product-driven mindset with strong user empathy What We Offer Base Salary Range: ~$150K-$180K per year Additional Compensation: Eligible for discretionary equity options Benefits: Competitive benefits package Final compensation will depend on skills, experience, market conditions, and location.
