Overview
We are a web hosting company moving our clients applications from an older server to a new, more powerful one. We need to perform this migration with minimal disruption to their services.

The Challenge
We need to migrate multiple client websites to a new server, but we are worried about downtime. Our current plan is not robust enough to ensure a smooth transition, and any service interruption would be highly damaging to our clients.

A poorly planned migration could result in significant downtime for our clients, leading to a loss of business and damage to our reputation. A flawed migration process also increases the risk of data loss.

Proposed Method
The freelancer will create and execute a detailed migration plan. This includes a pre‑migration checklist, a strategy to minimize downtime (e.g., using a reverse proxy or DNS manipulation), a validation plan for post‑migration, and a rollback strategy in case of failure.

Required Skills
