Press Machine Operator

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in industrial production, is seeking a Press Machine Operator to join their team. As a Press Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press Machine Operator

Location: Halstead, KS

Pay Range: $17.50–$19.44/hr

Shift: Multiple Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th)

What's the Job?

• Operate and set up hydraulic presses to ensure efficient production
• Monitor machines during operation and perform basic troubleshooting as needed
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards

What's Needed?

• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools or machinery
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable and team-focused work ethic
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
