Call Center Representative One & Done Bath Solutions – Fort Wayne, IN Earn $700–$1,200 Weekly | Full-Time Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team in the Fort Wayne, IN market and surrounding areas .

General Purpose

The Call Center Representative is responsible for contacting homeowners by phone, qualifying potential customers, scheduling appointments for free in-home consultations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Successful candidates will be comfortable communicating with homeowners, following proven call scripts, overcoming objections, and maintaining accurate customer information.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to homeowners and respond to inbound leads from advertising campaigns.
Deliver professional scripted presentations to potential customers.
Adjust conversations based on homeowner needs and interests.
Answer homeowner questions and handle objections effectively.
Qualify leads and gather homeowner information, including name, address, and contact details.
Schedule appointments for free consultations with sales representatives.
Enter and update lead information accurately in company systems.
Maintain detailed notes regarding customer conversations.
Confirm scheduled appointments with homeowners and sales representatives.
Perform quality control and follow-up calls.
Maintain reports and track appointment activity.
Provide a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, sales, marketing, or appointment setting preferred.
Ability to confidently speak with homeowners and build rapport over the phone.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with computers and customer management systems.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet performance goals.
Product knowledge training provided.
