Job Description:

1 yr of Call Center AND PAYROLL Timekeeping experience in call center environment required.
Experience in a Hospital setting.
Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
